TH-707 high-efficiency pre-filming agent is mainly composed of multiple complexing agents, dispersants, film-forming agents, surfactants, etc. The unshared electron pairs of oxygen atoms in organic complexes chemically adsorb metal ions such as iron and calcium or iron atoms with partial positive charges, forming coordination bonds. Eventually, a layer of insoluble chelating film is formed on the surface of metals such as carbon steel, which has high resistance and can isolate the metal from corrosive media in water, thereby playing a role in inhibiting corrosion. 
TH-707 high-efficiency film-forming agent features rapid film formation, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability, and low corrosion rate. TH-707 high-efficiency film-forming agent has strong adaptability to water quality and is not disturbed by harmful ions such as copper and iron in water. TH-707 high-efficiency film-forming agent is mainly used for pre-filming of heat exchange equipment and pipelines in new installations or after system maintenance in circulating cooling water systems, forming a protective film on the metal surface to prevent corrosion of carbon steel, copper alloys, stainless steel and other materials during operation.
